Return Merchandise Authorization Form & Instructions

At Discount Shop4Network LLC, we carefully select merchandise with which we know our customers will be pleased. But, if upon viewing the merchandise a product does not meet with your satisfaction, simply print  the customer service form below, complete it, and return it within 30 days along with your package according to the return policies published on our order / return information page at  guarant.htm.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  The only exception is if we shipped you an item you did not order or if the item is damaged or defective.  If you believe the item you received is damaged or defective please contact our office BEFORE you ship the item back to our warehouse.  customerservice@kidstoychest.com

Your credit card will be credited for any refund due you in approximately 14 days after the receipt of the merchandise. If you are requesting a replacement, you can expect it to be shipped within 3-5 days after your return is received. BACKORDERED items have NOT been charged and are NOT contained in this shipment, but will follow shortly. Items listed as OUT OF STOCK have NOT been charged and must be re-ordered by our customer at a later date. We apologize for any inconveniences these might cause. DEFECTIVE merchandise will be replaced with identical product.

Discount Shop4Network LLC CANNOT take returns on special orders, personalized items, books, unsealed videos or CD Roms. Also, due to Federal law, we will not be able to accept returns on vaccines and prescription items.
